Support for exploring identity, values, purpose, and living a more aligned, meaningful life.
Not everyone comes to therapy because something is “wrong.” Many people seek support when life feels off-track, uncertain, or disconnected—when they want deeper meaning, clearer direction, or a stronger sense of alignment with who they are and how they want to live.
This work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychology, supporting you to clarify what matters most, strengthen psychological flexibility, and take practical steps toward a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and fulfilling.
Support may include:
Exploring identity, life direction, and personal meaning
Clarifying values and using them to guide decisions and behaviour
Strengths discovery and strengths-based goal setting
Increasing psychological flexibility using ACT-based practices
Building motivation, self-compassion, and sustainable habits
Positive Psychology approaches (including PERMA-informed practices)
