Standard session fee

Standard sessions are $260 for 60 minutes. This includes approximately 50 minutes of therapy time and 10 minutes for clinical notes, preparation, and (where clinically appropriate) correspondence with your referring GP or other professionals involved in your care.

After-hours

Appointments offered outside standard business hours (Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings) include an additional $20 fee.

Medicare rebates (Mental Health Treatment Plan)

If you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and referral from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $145.25, reducing your out-of-pocket cost to $114.75.

Medicare rebates are processed after your appointment. Please ensure your referral paperwork is current and bring your Medicare details.

Private health insurance

Sessions may be claimable through private health insurance depending on your level of extras cover and insurer. Please check directly with your provider to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount.

NDIS and DVA

I accept referrals for NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. If you’re using NDIS funding, please get in touch so we can confirm the fee and invoicing requirements.

DVA clients are welcome where eligible.

Self-funded sessions

You are welcome to self-fund sessions privately without a referral.

Cancellations and rescheduling

I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. This helps me offer the time to someone else who may need it.

Late cancellation fees apply:

• 24–72 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee

• Less than 24 hours’ notice (or non-attendance): 100% of the session fee

Please note that late cancellation fees are generally not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.
