Yasmin is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adolescents and adults to navigate life’s challenges with warmth and understanding. She brings a calm, relational approach to therapy, creating a safe space for clients to explore their experiences with curiosity and build emotional resilience. Guided by trauma-informed and evidence-based principles, her approach blends clinical depth with mind-body practices that acknowledge the patterns and protective strategies people develop across their lives.

With experience across both public and private sectors, Yasmin draws on evidence-based strategies to support people through trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and interpersonal difficulties. She is passionate about guiding clients to gain insight, develop practical coping tools, and create lasting, meaningful change.
